Description
The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) is seeking a contractor to perform accelerator mass spectrometric (AMS) analysis for Iodine-129 in groundwater samples. The contractor will be required to provide a firm, fixed price quote and demonstrate technical capability, past performance, and past experience. The period of performance is from April 15, 2026 to April 30, 2027. The contractor will be responsible for performing all services at their facility.
• The contractor must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submitting a quote.
• The contractor must provide a technical description of the service(s) being offered, including product literature, references, and any other documents required for meaningful evaluation.
• The contractor must provide a signed standard form (SF) 18 and a signed standard form (SF) 30.
• The contractor must submit their price quote as a separate attachment from their technical quote.
