Budget estimate

$1,000,000 – $5,000,000

The budget for this project is estimated to be between $1 million and $5 million, based on the scope of work and the materials required. The project involves the demolition and replacement of a large timber pier, which will require significant labor and materials costs. The contractor will need to purchase and install new timber piles, caps, stringers, and decking, as well as install a new handrail system and stairs. Additionally, the contractor will need to maintain clear work boundaries and pedestrian barriers, and ensure safe access to the dock areas outside of the work area. These costs, combined with the cost of labor and equipment, will likely result in a total budget in the range of $1 million to $5 million.
