Construction Manager/Owner's Representative Services For Highland Gardens I & II

The Broward County Housing Authority is seeking a Construction Manager/Owner's Representative firm to provide services for the renovation of two adjacent affordable housing complexes in Deerfield Beach, FL, known as Highland Gardens I and II. The rehabilitation of both sites is being financed as a single project with tax-exempt bonds and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs). The selected firm will be responsible for providing construction management services, including scheduling, cost estimation, and site management. • The project involves the renovation of two affordable housing complexes. • The selected firm should have significant experience in rehabilitating affordable housing projects of similar scope and complexity. • The project is being financed with tax-exempt bonds and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs). • The Construction Manager/Owner's Representative firm will be responsible for providing construction management services.
