The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a vendor to provide 250 total post-it note pads with 100 sheets per pad, along with a digital deliverable. The notes should be 1.5" high x 2" wide, with removable adhesive and padded on the 1.5" left side. The contractor must also provide a digital deliverable of the final, approved pamphlet as a press-quality PDF.
