Furnish Avtec ScoutCare Software Maintenance

Otsego County is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to provide post-warranty software maintenance and support program for Avtec ScoutCare software. The contract term is 12 months, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The successful bidder will provide 24/7 technical and remote support, software releases and patches, protection against cybersecurity threats, and training access to Avtec Connect web portal. • The bidder must be an authorized distributor, manufacturer, and/or support provider for Avtec. • The bidder must provide written authorization from Avtec to provide ScoutCare maintenance and support. • The bidder must provide a single, all-inclusive price for each year of coverage. • The contract requires insurance, including commercial general liability, automobile liability, workers' compensation, and owners contractors protective insurance.
