Description
The State of Nevada Purchasing Division is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide debt collection services to recover monies from delinquent receivables from individuals and businesses located in and out of the State of Nevada on an as-needed basis. The contracts will be for a 4-year term. The State intends to award one or more contracts, and the resulting contract(s) will be administered by the Nevada State Controller's Office. Vendors are required to submit their proposals through nevadaepro.com, and the deadline for submissions is 09/16/2025. The evaluation process will consider factors such as demonstrated competence, experience, conformance with the terms of the RFP, and cost.
