Description
Wake Technical Community College (WTCC) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive preventative maintenance, cleaning, inspection, sanitization, and minor repair services for approximately 39 ice machines located across multiple WTCC campuses in Wake County. The contract will be for an initial one‑year term with the option to renew up to two additional one‑year periods (maximum three years). Services must include routine preventive maintenance tasks, emergency repairs within three days of notification, provision of all labor, tools, supplies, and safety data sheets, and adherence to OSHA and environmental guidelines. Vendors must be a North Carolina‑registered vendor in good standing, submit a detailed pricing proposal via the NC e‑Procurement Ariba platform, and provide required certifications, references, and financial documentation. The award will be based on the lowest responsive price that meets all specifications.
