This solicitation seeks a vendor to supply, transport, and certify the delivery of granular fertilizer (5‑28‑0 N‑P‑K) for Gwinnett County’s Department of Water Resources over a multi‑year period. The county will handle bagging; the vendor must provide empty bags, labor, equipment, and transportation, weigh and certify each load, and submit payment before weighing. The contract auto‑renews annually for up to five years, with a required insurance package and tax‑exemption documentation.
• Provide 250 tons of fertilizer each year (total 1,250 tons over five years).
• Supply bags, perform transport, and deliver certified weight slips for each pickup.
• Maintain comprehensive insurance (CGL, auto, workers’ comp, umbrella) and provide tax‑exemption certificates or pay 6 % sales tax.
