Washington State’s Department of Enterprise Services is seeking sealed‑bid contractors to replace the existing boiler system at Bellingham Technical College’s Campus Center building. The project involves removal of the old boiler, installation of a new, energy‑efficient unit, associated piping, controls, and testing to meet state building codes and prevailing‑wage requirements.
