Description
The City of Danville is seeking quotes from qualified fabricators to produce custom, two-layer aluminum donor wall signs for installation at Riverfront Park. The signs will consist of a front colored aluminum disc and a rear white aluminum disc, both fabricated from 0.125-inch aluminum. The vendor will be responsible for preparing all vector artwork required for laser-cut lettering and ensuring structural integrity, readability, and proper bridging of interior letter shapes. The signs must be delivered no later than April 15, 2026.
• The signs will be used for donor recognition at Riverfront Park.
• The vendor must provide a complete mounting hardware system compatible with exterior installation.
• The vendor must verify all lettering and cutout areas for structural integrity and notify the City of any areas requiring adjustment prior to fabrication.
• The vendor must provide a minimum 1-year workmanship warranty and 5-year powder-coat adhesion warranty.
