Oregon State University seeks a qualified contractor to design, develop, and deliver a three‑day GEAR UP Summer Camp for middle‑ and high‑school students, with curriculum development, staffing, and on‑site execution on an Oregon college campus. The contractor must also provide a dollar‑for‑dollar match to federal GEAR UP supply funds and supply all instructional materials. The effort includes planning activities beginning September 2026, venue identification, and final camp delivery in June 2027.
