Cuyahoga County is seeking a vendor to supply, clean, replace, and manage floor‑mat services for approximately 23 county facilities over a three‑year term. The mats must meet strict technical specifications (nitrile rubber backing, nylon twist pile, conductive fibers, specific tensile strength and surface resistance) and be provided in four color options. Service includes simultaneous pickup of soiled mats and delivery of clean replacements, primarily on Mondays or Tuesdays, with portal‑to‑portal delivery and no weekend/holiday deliveries. The contract is limited to a maximum value of $200,000, prohibits subcontracting, and requires the vendor to carry specified insurance and pay one‑time badge and background‑check fees per employee/sub‑contractor.
