ALUMINUM TRAFFIC LEGEND STENCILS AND HIVISIBILITY REFLECTIVE VINYL ROAD CONSTRUCTION SIGNS

The County of Orange, OC Public Works, is seeking bids for the purchase and delivery of Aluminum Traffic Legend Stencils (Metric) and Hi-Visibility Reflective Vinyl Road Construction Signs. The contractor will be required to supply the County with these items on an as-needed basis for the entire contract term. The signs must be reflective vinyl for day or night use, fluorescent orange for high visibility, made of durable vinyl, feature a gray back, and measure 48”x48”. The contractor must also provide stencil letters and numbers that measure 16”x8’ with a 2" border and rolled edges. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. • The contractor must be able to deliver the order within two weeks of the order being placed. • The contractor must provide a monetary sum to cover the cost of all items included in the contract. • The contractor must comply with the County's terms and conditions, including the Model Contract and its Attachments and Exhibits. • The contractor must provide references and certify that they are in compliance with the solicitation requirements. • The contractor must disclose any financial, business, or other relationships with the County of Orange or any other entity that the Orange County Board of Supervisors governs.
