Description
The Baltimore City Public Schools is seeking bids from qualified entities to provide elementary science kit supplies and materials to support the effective implementation of the elementary science curriculum. The scope of work includes providing consumable and equipment kits for 30 units of study across grades kindergarten through 5. The contract will be for a term of three years with two one-year renewal options.
The key requirements of the bid include:
• Providing pricing per quantity of each individually identified material within each pricing scenario
• Packaging materials in kits by grade, labeled accordingly for ease of use and inventory purposes
• Complying with the City Schools' terms and conditions, including insurance requirements and payment terms
• Submitting a fixed price for each cost item listed on the bid form
