Description
The USARC DEERS Support Services opportunity requires a contractor to provide personnel for the issuance of Department of Defense (DoD) identification cards, including the Common Access Card (CAC), to eligible recipients across 33 locations. The contractor will be responsible for updating and verifying eligibility for input into DEERS. This is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside, and the contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The period of performance for the base year is from 06 August 2026 to 05 July 2027, with two one-year options and a 30-day phase-in beginning on 06 July 2026.
