The City of Cleveland is seeking a vendor to provide a floor‑mat rental and cleaning service for its Municipal Court‑Clerk’s Division. The contractor must supply specific carpeted charcoal mats, perform regular pickup, cleaning, and replacement, and adhere to a defined service schedule throughout the year.
• Supply 3 units of 4′ × 6′ charcoal carpeted mats and 5 units of 3′ × 10′ charcoal carpeted mats.
• Perform weekly pickup, cleaning, and delivery from November through April; switch to bi‑weekly service May through October.
