Description
The State of Minnesota is seeking information from vendors regarding solutions that can support an Incremental Modernization of the State’s Providing Resources to Improve Support in Minnesota (PRISM) system — the core child support case management solution. The goal is to understand different approaches and solutions vendors may take to help provide a simple, secure, maintainable solution and generate a discussion on potential ideas for a certifiable Child Support solution. Vendors are asked to provide brief descriptions, timeline estimates, and cost estimates for any existing vendor products or systems, or any customized products they have developed with other state(s), that meet the criteria of one or more of the components described in the RFI.
• The components include case management, document workflow/integration management, financial management, parent and employer portals, and screen synchronization.
• Vendors should demonstrate compatibility with mainframe systems, integration layer/iPaaS, and MNIT Data-Application Integration Framework.
• Preferred approaches include cloud-native or hybrid deployment, modular, API-first architecture, and adherence to state and federal security, accessibility, and data governance standards.
