Description
The Plymouth-Canton Community Schools is seeking bids for the Farrand Elementary School Playground Upgrade project. The project involves the installation of a new playground and the school district is looking for a contractor to perform the work. The bidding documents are available for public inspection and can be accessed through Building Connected. A pre-bid meeting will be held on November 19th, 2025, to review the project bidding documents and answer any questions from bidders. The bid submission deadline is November 24th, 2025, at 1 PM.
• The project consists of a single bid division: 158: Playground Installation
• The bid security shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier check, or certified check in the amount of 5% of the bid
• The successful bidder will be required to execute a contract and provide the required insurance certificates and bonds within 10 days after notice of award
• The school district reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, either in whole or in part.
