Heritage Park Golf Course Irrigation Improvements

The Johnson County Park and Recreation District is seeking bids for the Heritage Park Golf Course Irrigation Improvements project. The project includes the installation of a new irrigation system on an existing golf course, with the work being phased to keep portions of the golf course open during construction activities. The Owner will purchase and provide the sprinkler heads, valves, and controllers for installation by the Contractor. • The project is located at Heritage Park Golf Course, 16447 Constance Street, Olathe, KS 66062. • A pre-bid meeting was held on March 12, 2026, and attendance was mandatory for all bidders. • Bids will be opened and publicly read on April 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM CDT. • The Johnson County Board of Park and Recreation Commissioners reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest and best responsive and responsible bidder.
