Description
The South Texas Veterans Health Care System is seeking potential sources to provide continued maintenance, corrective maintenance, inspection, repair, technical support, and replacement of covered components for four Water Recovery and Reuse/Reverse Osmosis machines manufactured and/or serviced by Xylem. The contractor shall ensure the systems remain fully operational and capable of meeting manufacturer performance specifications throughout the period of performance.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Preventative maintenance
• Corrective maintenance and repairs
• Calibration and testing of monitoring and control systems
• Technical support via telephone and/or remote diagnostics
• Emergency service response
• Documentation and service reporting
• Replacement of worn or failed components
• Perform culture services of the equipment
