Description
Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking proposals for Valet Technology to be implemented at the Hard Rock Casino. The selected firm will be required to provide a new intuitive valet system that can check cars in and out, implement a combination of paid and free services, provide a visual retrieval board, integrate with hotel PMS for guest billing, and integrate with IGT to show player level and offer free or discounted services. The system must also provide image capturing functionality to mitigate risk. The successful bidder will be required to work with the Cherokee Nation Businesses, LLC Accounting department to discuss account coding for invoices.
Some key features of the RFP include:
• The selected firm must provide a completed and signed Confidentiality and Business Relationship/Non-Collusion Representation.
• The successful bidder must furnish a subcontractor plan indicating what amount of the contract will be subcontracted and the Indian-owned status of those subcontractors.
• The Company reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all bid document requirements.
• The successful bidder shall execute and deliver the Contractor's Payment and Performance Bond and the required certificates of insurance within five calendar days of receipt of the Notice of Award.
