Description
The US Air Force is seeking a comprehensive support contract for a Keysight PXIe Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) system. The contract will provide ongoing warranty, repair services, calibration, and software maintenance coverage for the equipment's lifecycle. The contractor will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive support and maintenance package, including calibration, extended warranty/repair, and software maintenance subscriptions. The scope of work includes performing regularly scheduled calibration, providing extended warranty and repair coverage, and maintaining an active software support subscription.
• The contract will consist of a base year period and subsequent option year periods.
• The place of performance is Keysight Technologies Inc. in Roseville, CA.
• The contractor will be required to provide calibration certificates, repair reports, and access to software updates.
