Description
The New Jersey Department of Transportation is seeking a qualified design‑build firm to plan, design, construct, and provide five‑year operations‑and‑maintenance services for four high‑power DC fast‑charging (DCFC) stations in the northern New Jersey counties. The work includes site development, utility coordination, installation of 350 kW chargers (8 ports per station, mixed CCS‑1 and NACS), compliance with NEVI federal requirements, Buy‑America certification, extensive safety, cybersecurity, and environmental permitting, as well as ongoing performance monitoring and customer‑service support. The contract is a design‑build award with a quality‑evaluation component (max 100 pts) weighted 20 % and price weighted 80 %.
