Physical Performance Assessments

The Raleigh County Board of Education seeks a qualified vendor to conduct post‑offer, pre‑employment and job‑change physical performance assessments for a variety of school‑district positions. Assessments must be performed within five working days of notification, overseen by a licensed occupational‑medicine provider, and comply with HIPAA and ADA requirements. Service coverage must be within a 90‑minute drive‑time of the central office, with the capacity to handle 15‑20 assessments per month at multiple locations. The contract runs July 1 2026 – June 30 2027, with the possibility of two one‑year extensions.
