Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a provider for Laboratory Services for the Michigan Veteran Homes. The selected contractor will provide clinical pathology and microbiology testing services as ordered by a Veteran Home physician. The contractor will also provide supplies and collect specimens. The contract will be for a three-year period.
• The contractor must be CLIA certified.
• The contractor will upload results into an electronic medical record.
• STAT requests will be provided on an emergency basis.
• The laboratory must provide supplies, including kits, tubes, preservatives, centrifuges, etc.
