Wholesale Gas & Diesel

The Ellis County Purchasing Department is seeking bids from suppliers to furnish wholesale gas and diesel fuel. The contract will be for an indefinite period with a 90-day acceptance period. The successful bidder will be required to provide insurance certificates and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest qualified responsible bidder or the bidder who provides the best value for the county. • The bidder must provide a certificate of insurance conforming to the requirements listed in the bid document. • The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Texas Government Code and the Federal Acquisition Regulation. • The bidder must provide a signed contract and agree to the terms and conditions of the contract. • The bidder must provide a bid pricing sheet and a bid cover sheet. • The bidder must submit their bid through the Ionwave portal or by sealed hard copy.
