Cameleon Software Assurance Renewal

The City of Vancouver is seeking to contract with FLIR Unmanned Aerial Systems Inc for the supply and delivery/provision of Cameleon Software Assurance Renewal. Cameleon is an enterprise-grade command-and-control software suite designed primarily for perimeter security and traffic management. The City currently holds 43 client licenses and 524 device licenses, and renewing the software assurance will ensure the City can upgrade the Cameleon platform, providing comprehensive support. The contract is valued at approximately $29,055.92 CAD and is for a term of 1 year. • The contract includes telephone, email, and online technical assistance • Free updates for all interim and major releases, patches, and device drivers • Priority access to dedicated technical support engineers • The extension of the software assurance will better protect the city's critical assets during FIFA 2026
