Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking to replace eleven commercial grade, fully condensing tankless water heaters at the Federal Correctional Institution in Sheridan, Oregon. The water heaters must be manufactured by Intellihot, Model: iQ251 Gen II, and must meet specific minimum performance requirements, including a thermal efficiency of at least 96% and a hot water capacity of at least 6.3 GPM per unit. The contractor must deliver the water heaters to the institution by August 21, 2026. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that submits the best quote by April 21, 2026, at 12:00 PT.
