Sewage Sampling and Testing at Schwarz Park and Cottage Grove Lake

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District intends to award a sole source contract for the daily/weekly performance of sewage sampling and testing at Schwarz Park drain field and Cottage Grove Lake sewage treatment and effluent irrigation facilities. The contractor must be able to perform all testing and analysis required by the permit and meet the DEQ requirements. The contractor must also have a certified operator and supervisor for sewage sampling and testing. • The contractor must be able to immediately respond on site. • The contractor must meet the DEQ requirements for certification compliance. • The contractor must be able to perform all testing and analysis required by the permit. • The contractor must have a certified operator and supervisor for sewage sampling and testing.
