Description
This solicitation seeks a contractor to perform a comprehensive pedestrian‑improvement public‑works project spanning approximately 0.8 mile between McDaniel Farm Park and Satellite Boulevard in Gwinnett County, GA. The work includes site clearing, grading, curb and gutter installation, concrete sidewalk and trail construction, storm‑drain pipe installation, asphalt resurfacing, signal upgrades, and a pedestrian bridge, along with associated landscaping and trim. Bids must be submitted in duplicate, sealed, and accompanied by a 5 % bid bond; performance and payment bonds equal to 100 % of the bid amount are required.
