Rowan University is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive plumbing maintenance, repair, and pipe‑jetting (mechanical cleaning) services across all of its campuses in New Jersey. The contractor must furnish “not‑to‑exceed” job estimates, respond to emergencies within one hour, and provide non‑emergency service estimates within four hours. Work is normally performed Monday‑Friday, 7 am‑4 pm, but the contractor must be capable of handling after‑hours calls. Pricing is based on flat hourly rates with a pre‑approved material markup; invoices are submitted per job and paid within 30 days. The award will be a multi‑year contract (up to three years with two one‑year renewals) beginning July 1, 2026.
