Description
The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) is seeking information from potential sources to maintain and develop a comprehensive application for budget optimization, called Tools and Resources for Budget Optimization (TRBO). The application supports enterprise-wide Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) activities. The contractor will provide business analysis, development, implementation, enhancements, and maintenance services to successfully implement the SWSNET-hosted application. The scope of work includes tasks such as operational maintenance, security compliance, documentation, configuration management, and DevSecOps pipeline sustainment. The contract has a base period of 12 months with four 12-month option periods.
• The contractor will maintain and develop the TRBO application to support approximately 600 users across 25 branches.
• The contractor will provide comprehensive user support, training, and knowledge-transfer services.
• The contractor will deliver capabilities that enhance or introduce new capabilities to the existing TRBO software.
• The contractor will provide travel support as needed.
• The contractor will provide monthly status reports, integrated master schedule updates, and program status meetings and presentations.
