AAA Health Maintenance FY2026

The Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) is seeking qualified contractors to provide health maintenance services to older persons living in the Texas Gulf Coast area. The services include medical treatment, provision of medications, nutritional supplements, glasses, dentures, hearing aids, and other devices necessary to promote or maintain the health and/or safety of the older individual. The contractor will be contracted on an as-needed basis, and fees will be established based on submitted budgets and capped pricing set by the State. The contractor must meet certain minimum conditions, including being in business for three years, having a contract with the State of Texas, and maintaining insurance that protects the health and safety of clients and employees. The contractor must also provide a 15% or 25% match for Title III B and Title III E services, respectively. • The contractor will provide health maintenance services to older persons in the H-GAC service region. • The contractor must meet the minimum conditions specified in the RFP. • The contractor must provide a match for the services provided. • The contractor must maintain insurance that protects the health and safety of clients and employees. • The contractor must provide documentation of the services provided. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
