The South Dakota National Guard is seeking a qualified small‑business vendor to plan, staff, and execute the 665th Yellow Ribbon Event on 7‑8 November 2026 in Sioux Falls, SD. The contractor will provide meeting spaces, meals, audio/visual equipment, and related services for approximately 275 adults and 65 youth (ages 6‑17).
