Description
The Wake County Public School System is seeking competitive bids from qualified vendors to furnish and deliver audiovisual equipment and accessories. The contract term will be for one year, with the option to renew for two additional years. The vendor must provide separate, itemized pricing for installation services when requested. The estimated quantities of the items are listed in the solicitation document.
• The vendor must be licensed and approved to do business in the state of North Carolina.
• The vendor must be authorized by the manufacturer to distribute or resell the products offered.
• The vendor must provide proof of liability and cybersecurity insurance coverage.
• The vendor must register with the North Carolina electronic Vendor Portal (eVP).
• The vendor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
