Maintenance and Management Services for Building-Integrated Laboratory Systems

The City of San Diego’s Public Utilities Department (EMTS Division) seeks market input on how a qualified firm could coordinate preventive‑maintenance and service for the City’s building‑integrated laboratory systems (BILS) across multiple facilities.
