Description
The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide full-service automatic door maintenance and repair services at various facilities across Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM). The services will include preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, inspections, and testing of automatic doors, as well as emergency service. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation to perform the services.
* The services will be performed at various facilities across JBLM, including JBLM-Lewis Main, JBLM-Lewis North, and JBLM-McChord Field.
* The contractor will be required to provide comprehensive maintenance and repair on all types of automatic doors, including sliding, swinging, and revolving doors.
* The contractor will be required to respond to service calls for out-of-service doors and perform emergency repairs as needed.
* The contractor will be required to ensure all automatic doors meet functionality, accessibility, and safety requirements.
