The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide brand name SolarWinds software subscriptions, including SolarWinds Observability and Network Topology Mapper, as well as associated SolarWinds training services. The contractor will be responsible for delivering and installing the software, configuring dashboards and alerts, and providing comprehensive training to government technicians. The contract will be for a firm-fixed price, and the contractor must provide all-inclusive pricing covering software licenses, maintenance, installation, and training. • The contractor must provide the exact brand name SolarWinds products and services specified in the Statement of Work (SOW) and Salient Characteristics. • The contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) and be registered as a small business under the NAICS code assigned to this solicitation. • The contractor must provide a technical quote, descriptive literature, or a statement that clearly demonstrates how the proposed items comply with the SOW and Salient Characteristics. • The contractor must state the proposed delivery/completion timeline of 90 days After Receipt of Order (ARO) or less.
