Palm Springs International Airport Retail, Food Beverage - Blank Slate Space

The City of Palm Springs is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide the City with developing, constructing, and operating a smaller footprint retail and/or food and beverage spaces in various “blank slate” spaces at the Palm Springs International Airport. The scope of work will consist of implementing small footprint operations for retail, food and beverage to complement the existing contemporary concession program. Key requirements include: * At least three years of continuous experience in the ownership, management, or operation of retail, food and beverage operations * Knowledge of operating in an airport or similar high traffic environment * Proposers must submit a proposal for one, two, or three blank slate opportunities, with each opportunity having its own stand-alone proposal * The City reserves the right to award no more than one opportunity to any single proposer * The term of the contract will be for three years, with two one-year options to renew at the City’s sole discretion
