Description
The Department of General Services is seeking bids for boiler maintenance services. The successful bidder will be required to provide maintenance services for boilers, including replacement of parts. The bidder must meet a 3% DVBE participation goal. The scope of work includes maintenance and repair of boilers, as well as replacement of parts. The bidder must provide new, factory-manufactured, or equivalent parts.

• The bidder must meet the requirements specified in the IFB document.
• The bidder must provide a bid that includes all the necessary information and documentation.
• The bidder must be a licensed C-04 contractor.
