CLAIMS ADMINISTRATOR PROPERTY Including Auto/Physical Damage

The Ocean County Joint Insurance Fund is seeking a claims administrator for property and auto/physical damage claims. The selected vendor will be responsible for handling all claims, including old files, and will need to accept claims data in the system. The vendor may also need to store historic closed files. The JIF will consider remote handling of claims. The contract duration is 3 years. Key requirements include: • Providing a claims handling system or using the JIF's system • Having at least 5 users from the JIF with view-only and edit/input access • Handling all claims, including old files • Storing historic closed files • Considering remote handling of claims
