Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking bids for Veritas server maintenance and license services. The contract will be for a period of one year, starting from June 14, 2026, and ending on June 13, 2027. The successful bidder will be required to provide maintenance and license renewal for the Veritas Support for Inmate Video Visitation Services (IVVS) server, including Flex software and premium support. The bidder must be an authorized distributor or reseller of Veritas products and services.
• The contract requires the provision of Veritas Support for Inmate Video Visitation Services (IVVS) server maintenance and license renewal.
• The contract also requires the provision of premium (24x7) support with 4-hour parts delivery for the V5250 server.
• The bidder must be an authorized distributor or reseller of Veritas products and services.
• The contract will be awarded based on the lowest total acceptable offer.
• The County of Los Angeles reserves the right to cancel the contract if the vendor fails to perform satisfactorily.
