Description
The Department of Rehabilitation is seeking quotes for podcast studio equipment, including computers, cameras, microphones, cables, studio audio decks, and various recording equipment. The equipment will be used for the production and web/broadcasting of digital audio/video content. The quotes should include all the necessary items and specifications as listed in the DR815 Additional Attachment Excel File. The award will be made based on the lowest cost unless unique circumstances dictate otherwise.
• The quote should include the RFQ number and all the requested information.
• The State of California prefers to purchase recycled content products whenever possible.
• The Recycled Content Certification must be included with the bid quote.
• The verification form is available at the provided website.
• The bid quotes will be accepted by U.S. Mail, E-mail, or FAX.
• The FAX bid quotes will be considered only if they are sent to the listed fax number.
