Description
The Colorado Charter School Institute is seeking bids for vended meals, specifically Whole Grain Chicken/Tofu and Spaghetti bowls, for Animas High School. The contract period is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for 4 additional years. The bidder must provide nutrition specification sheets and meet USDA National School Lunch Guidelines. The bid should include prices for each item, and the award will be made to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder.
• The bidder must provide a signed cover page, signed federal procurement documents, and a completed line-by-line bid.
• The bidder must meet the USDA National School Lunch Guidelines and provide nutrition specification sheets.
• The bidder must provide a food safety plan and deliver food hot, at a minimum of 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
• The bidder must comply with the Buy American Act and supply domestic products.
