Description
The State of Missouri is seeking additional vendors to provide automotive glass repair and replacement services on an as-needed basis. The contractor will be required to provide services to various state agencies throughout the state. The contract will be for a period of approximately 7 months, from the date of award through August 15, 2026. The state agency will request written quotes from all awarded contractors for specific repair services needed, and the contractor with the lowest cost that meets the state agency's needs will be considered the "lowest and best" quote response and awarded the specific project.
• The contractor must provide all necessary materials, labor, facilities, equipment, and supplies to perform the repair services.
• The contractor must participate in the State of Missouri's Cooperative Procurement Program.
• The contractor must comply with the Domestic Product Procurement Act (Buy American) Preference.
• The contractor must provide proof of compliance with section 34.353, RSMo.
• The contractor must respond to state agency quote requests in writing by the timeframe indicated by the state agency.
