The Coweta County School System is seeking bids for water heaters for 4 schools. The contract will commence on December 25, 2025, and terminate on June 26, 2026. The selected vendor will provide products in accordance with the Standard Terms and Conditions, Special Terms and Conditions, and the IFB. • The contract is for the provision of water heaters for 4 schools. • The contract commencement date is December 25, 2025, and the termination date is June 26, 2026. • The selected vendor will provide products in accordance with the Standard Terms and Conditions, Special Terms and Conditions, and the IFB. • The SFA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or to accept any part of a bid without accepting the whole thereof. • The contract may be extended up to three (3) months at the same bid pricing, provided mutual agreement by both parties in written form. • The contract may be renewed by mutual agreement of both parties in written form.
