Description
The Western District of Texas is seeking a hotel meeting room with lodging within a 40-mile radius of the US Probation headquarters in San Antonio, TX. The meeting space should provide tables, audio-visual equipment, and requirements specified on attachment. The additional space should be empty as it consists of a training program.
• The hotel should provide a full ballroom that can be split into two sections.
• Two 7.5' x 10' fast-fold screens are required, and both screens should reflect the same information.
• Portable, freestanding fast-fold screens are not required, but the vendor can elect how to display the presentation.
• The lodging section requires a room type with two double queen beds, non-smoking, and all hotels should be ADA compliant.
• The government has 30 days to remit payment after receipt of services or invoice, whichever is later.
