Description
The Minnesota Department of Administration is seeking a meeting planner to coordinate the annual National Member Conference (NMC) for the Minnesota Multistate Contracting Alliance for Pharmacy (MMCAP). The conference will be held in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area and will include educational sessions, a vendor trade show, and other events. The meeting planner will be responsible for planning and executing the conference, including coordinating logistics, managing the conference website and mobile app, and providing on-site management.
• The conference is expected to have 130-150 attendees, including MMCAP members and staff.
• The meeting planner will work closely with MMCAP personnel to ensure a smooth and well-organized conference.
• The contract term is anticipated to be from September 8, 2026, to May 31, 2027, with the option to extend up to an additional four years.
• The evaluation process will include a review of responses for responsiveness and pass/fail requirements, followed by an evaluation of the approach, qualifications and experience, and cost detail.
