FY26 Kitchen Exhaust Hoods

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide kitchen exhaust hood cleaning and certification services at Sheppard AFB and Sheppard Annex at Lake Texoma. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, expertise, materials, and other items necessary to perform the services. The contractor must also have certification from an industry-standardized organization such as the International Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Association (IKECA) or a comparable organization. Some key points to consider include: • The contract is a continuation of an existing contract, with the incumbent contractor being Safety Hood. • The contractor must provide proof of certification for Certified Exhaust Cleaning Specialists on an annual basis. • The contractor must provide a photocopy of certification to the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer Representative within 10 days of certification renewal. • The contractor must have an industry-standard and environmentally sound method to collect all wastewater. • The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary equipment. • The Government anticipates a contract start date of 1 October 2026.
