Description
The Mecklenburg County is seeking bids for the replacement of a culvert at the CT Myers Golf Course. The project includes clearing, removal of approximately 290 feet of CMP culvert, and installation of approximately 290 feet of CPE culvert with a drop inlet structure, as well as other ancillary items. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on May 14, 2026. Bidders are encouraged to attend and seek subcontractors, including minority-owned and women-owned business enterprises.
• The project requires a certified check or bid bond of at least 5% of the base bid.
• A performance and payment bond will be required for the successful bidder.
• Bidders must be licensed as general contractors in compliance with NCGS 87.
• The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
